Winter Classes
Gentle Yoga Sundays at 9:30 am. This is slow-paced and accessible for anyone! Any of our classes can be adapted for using a mat or a chair.
Chair Yoga Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. This class takes yoga off the floor and uses a chair as a prop. Traditional yoga poses are adapted for seated positions.
Yoga Nidra Starting September 1 Yoga Nidra will be offered on the first Sunday of the month at 5:00 pm through April 2025. Yoga Nidra for February 2025 will be on the 9th at 5 pm
Yoga for Stress Relief February 13 at 6:00 pm. This 30 minute class will focus on relaxation. Yoga Therapy has been shown to help relieve stress, anxiety and pain. There is little to no movement as the core of this practice is based on breathing, self-awareness, and visualization. Wear comfortable clothing!
Any class can be practiced from a chair or a mat. Please email, call or text if you need accommodations for any class. Compassionate Yoga makes yoga accessible for everyone!
