Fall Classes

Gentle Yoga Sundays at 9:30 am. This is slow-paced and accessible for anyone! Any of our classes can be adapted for using a mat or a chair.

Chair Yoga Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. This class takes yoga off the floor and uses a chair as a prop. Traditional yoga poses are adapted for seated positions.

Yoga with Props Mondays at 5:30 pm. Using props, this class modifies poses in multiple ways to make yoga poses more comfortable and attainable for anyone.

Yoga Nidra Starting September 1 Yoga Nidra will be offered on the first Sunday of the month at 5:00 pm through April 2025.

Any class can be attended virtually! Simply call or text me at 269-377-2319 and a Zoom link can be emailed to you!
