Compassionate Yoga

Our name says it all. Compassionate Yoga strives to provide gentle movement, breathing and centering for everyday life.

Yoga is about finding inner peace, strength and stability in your body, mind and spirit. We feature small group classes as well as one-on-one yoga therapy. Each session is woven together with threads of philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga. All people are welcome! Compassionate Yoga is yoga for everyone!
